Service Cost Information
We cannot provide service costs over the phone or via chat. Please schedule an appointment to visit us in person for a treatment consultation. Cost varies depending on the severity and level of infestation, and an accurate assessment can only be made during an in-person consultation.
Treatment costs start at $100 & up depends on case/severity
Consultation fee (Head check): $50 per client
Our trained staff conducts a thorough examination of the scalp to identify active head lice, head lice bites, head lice waste, and head lice nits (eggs). The examination fee will be included /waved if treatment is required and applied.
***Follow-up Visit: $65 Per Client - required within 5-7 days to apply 30-day guarantee
This service is highly recommended after the initial treatment for all levels of lice infestation and is required to ensure the effectiveness of our 30-day guarantee. Our follow-up treatment typically takes about 20-30 minutes per client.
During the follow-up, a second re-treatment will be applied to remove any microscopic eggs that may not be visible to the naked eye, ensuring thorough eradication of the infestation.

light infestation (Boy Haircut)- $100
- 1 bug and up to 3 eggs - 1 week or less infestation
light to moderate infestation - $150
- 2-5 bugs lice and up to 20 eggs - 1 to 2 weeks of infestation.
Moderate infestation - $200
- 6-8 bugs and up to 30 eggs - 2 to 3 weeks of infestation.
Moderate To Heavy infestation - $250
- 10-15 bugs and up to 30 eggs - 3 to 4 weeks of infestation.
Heavy infestation- $300
- 16-20 bugs and up to 40 eggs - 4 to 6 weeks of infestation.
Heavy to Severe infestation- $350
- 20-25 bugs and up to 70 eggs - 6 to 8 weeks of infestation.
Severe and Extremely severe infestation- ($350+)
- 50+ bugs and with more than 100+ eggs - 12+ weeks of infestation.
- Two or three treatment sessions may be necessary and needed-
- No extra charge for multiple sessions!!

Tangle fee is $50 per each client
in-home treatment services & Travel Fee
Our in-home treatments are available 7 days a week for your convenience. One of our technicians will visit your residence fully equipped to provide a comprehensive lice treatment service.
Please note that for off-site treatments, an additional travel fee will be charged based on your location.
- $50 up to 20 miles.
- $50+ for over 20 miles travel fees will be determined by zip code.
- We have a minimum charge of $200 for in-home visits and $200 for school and camp visits, plus travel fees.
* A $50 deposit is required for all in-home visits.
* You must be ready for your treatment with dry, tangle-free hair.
* Tangle hair is subject to an additional $50 comb-out fee if we have to untangle the hair before the treatment starts.
PLEASE NOTE! Some hair cannot be combed or treated
Applies to: DREADLOCKS, EXTENSIONS, OR TIGHT CURLY HAIR to effectively treat the hair in these cases, we utilize a specialized approach. Our trained technicians carefully pass a tight metal nit terminator comb from the scalp through the entire length of the hair, based on the results; we will be able to determine if we can perform the lice removal treatment or not to ensure thorough removal of lice and nits.
Lice Treatment Instructions for parents & teachers:
- All members living in the house should be checked.
- Review the resources on our website for how to clean your house and how to prevent future outbreaks.
- Combing your child’s hair weekly is encouraged to prevent and detect future outbreaks.
- You must arrive at your appointment with dry, tangle-free hair. * Severely tangled hair is subject to an additional $50 comb-out fee.

- School and Camp Screening: Nits N Lice Care Clinics will travel to your school or camp anywhere in the surrounding area for unlimited head checks exams ($200 flat rate per day for school visits and camp screening plus travel fee)
