Nits N Lice Care Clinics Urgent Care is Now Accepting Health Insurance:  Our office will need to gather the patient information along with a copy of the insurance card, DOB, member ID, and group ID, for each family member In addition to the online form, please note we cannot begin working on a request until all paperwork has been received our insurance services team is here to make the process simple and easy for you and your clinic. We will work with you to do everything from verifying benefits to submitting the paperwork and claims to insurance providers to request and receive pre-authorization for the procedure. We do this confidentially and privately to protect your information.
